TeachMate, provided by Dean Baptista, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at teach.mate01@gmail.com and we will help you arrange it.

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try TeachMate before paying anything. You can cancel your subscription at any time; when you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be charged again.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to purchases made through the checkout.
